Community

We don’t give

—we share.

We are conscious members of the global community. We consider it our duty and privilege to contribute toward the betterment of society and do so by sharing whatever abundance we have available to us. Our initiatives aim to address social inequity and injustice in both local and global contexts.

Global Initiatives

As privileged citizens of a developed country, we firmly believe it is our responsibility to search out and share our wealth of resources with those who need it most. To this end, IOM’s global initiatives provide various degrees of support to organizations that are in line with our worldwide mandate: to improve the livelihood of disadvantaged youth in developing countries, with little or no access to safety, health care or education.

Local Initiatives

As real estate developers and proud residents of British Columbia, we feel compelled to support the collective success of all who live here. This goes beyond our continued investment in community infrastructure by sharing resources with local organizations that support our vision for BC. The programs we choose to support are making profound impacts in the realms of health care, environment and local community services.

We can help.

If you are part of a non-profit organization that is in line with Isle of Mann’s local or global mandates and are in need of assistance, we invite you to submit a detailed proposal that outlines how we can help. IOM will gladly share resources with organizations that are in line with our existing initiatives, incur minimal overhead, and comply with due diligence enquiry and periodic review. Proposals for sponsorship can be emailed directly to Community@IOMPropertyGroup.com for evaluation.

While we appreciate all submissions, due to the high volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for follow-up.
