On November 21, 2019, The Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia (CHBA BC) announced the finalists for the 2020 Georgie Awards, Canada’s premier housing awards program.
Isle of Mann Property Group is thrilled to announce our nomination as finalists for six categories:
- Best Multi-Family Low Rise Development – Crescendo
- Best Project Identity – Luxia Phase 1
- Best Advertising Campaign – Luxia Phase 1
- Best Corporate/Project Website – IOM Property Group
- Grand Georgie: Marketing Campaign of the Year – Luxia Phase 1
- Grand Georgie: Residential Community of the Year – Luxia Phase 1
Eligible entries for the Georgie Awards were projects built, developed, created, or marketed during the period of January 1, 2018, to September 30, 2019. A panel of industry professionals outside of British Columbia determined the finalists and select the winners for the respective categories.

28th Annual Georgie Awards Gala
For the past 27 years, the Georgie Awards have recognized the commitment and dedication to high building standards exemplified by CHBA member companies in British Columbia. The acclaimed Georgie Awards Gala is a black-tie event for industry professionals to commemorate excellence in homebuilding.
The 28th Annual Georgie Awards Gala will be hosted at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver on March 14, 2020. In attendance will be over 600 industry professionals to celebrate the industry’s leading-edge builders, renovators, and professionals. The gala is recognized by BizBash as one of Vancouver’s most influential annual events.
